Resin Casting

  • Resin casting uses a custom-made silicone mold to make high-quality and repeatable results of the same object. This is often used for items that need to be transparent.

  • Resin casting requires a mold to be made first by 3d printing the custom design, then casting that 3d print to create the negative mold, which can be used to cast the resin into. This starts at $50 for the first cast and then will be cheaper for more since the mold will have already been created.

Forged Carbon Fibre

  • Forged carbon fibre is an extremely durable material and is fantastic for high strength parts. It has a 6H hardness rating and is scratch and heat resistant.

  • Forged carbon is a difficult process and requires custom designed molds. materials for this are expensive, and it takes lots of time. Prices for this service starts at $100 + design fees.

Resin 3D printing

  • Resin 3D printing is for smaller parts that require incredible detail. mainly used for making Dungeons and Dragons minifigures or parts requiring extreme tolerances or high detail finishes.

  • Metal fabrication takes our designs and turns them into extremely strong, precise metal parts in a wide range of materials. While it is much more expensive. These are final production pieces ready for whatever you want to throw at it.
